Organizer insert/tray for armrest compartment?

Has anyone come across an organizer insert/tray that will drop into the center armrest storage bin of our Elantra GT models? I was hoping to find a direct fit one versus something that needs to be altered. Hyundai do not seem to offer one as a factory accessory?

Something like this.

I've done numerous online searches and find items that 'look right' but their fine print never give full dimensions or say for certain if they will actually fit our cars. The majority seem to come out of China and have glossy photos but little real fitment info. Most seem to be intended for the Elantra sedan versus the I30 hatch/Elantra GT. I'd hoped someone connected to the Korean market might be able to help here, at least in what that item would be called as it might aid in doing online searches?

Also, for comparison, would love to know what the armrest bin opening dimensions are on the Sonata, Tuscon, Kona, etc.

I haven't searched for one in a while, but since you have it appears to be the same old story, there isn't one. Three years into this model refresh and still nothing is head scratching. I figured with $ to be made some Chinese company would have come up with one a long time ago.

Given that the PD series i30 seems to have sold fairly well in other parts of the globe (such as Australia) and that they actual build them in the Czech Republic for the European market, I'm surprised no one has offered an insert? Does anyone know if the armrest storage compartment size is the same between the base model and the turbocharged version?

For anyone else who might be interested in a tray like this, I wanted to mention my own successful result here.

After researching current Hyundai models and measuring several cars, it turned out that dimensions of the console bin opening on the PD i30/Elantra GT is almost exactly the same as that of the Kona. There is a very slight difference in one rear corner but we're talking a millimeter or so at the most. With that info on a whim I bought a console tray intended for the Kona on Amazon, this one:

https://www.amazon.com/Chompoo-Hyund...s%2C202&sr=8-3

Very similar trays can also be found on eBay and other websites. The one I got was sent directly from China and dropped into the compartment just fine. The fit is slightly tight but the console lid opens & closes with no problems and the tray itself is high quality, sits flat and looks OEM. One thing I did not like were the two really cheap looking (and sticky feeling) black silicone 'mats' that came with the tray. To rectify this I bought a factory OE console pad intended for a Sonata off eBay for $10 and then used that material to make replacement mats for the new tray. As a result it now looks totally OEM and provides more places to store small items like my garage door opener so they don't rattle or slide around. The factory mat materiel isn’t shiny but looks that way due to the camera flash.

Hope this info is useful for others here?

Can you post a photo with the tray inserted in the Console?

Thanks

What it looks like inserted. A tray like this should have come with the car from the factory.

Thanks, looks clean, just a tiny gap at the front. I ordered some up.
