SXTH Intake Installed

Fairly easy to install. Got the BPV delete and kept the OEM breather, I will add a catch can soon. Stock BOV doesn't sound bad, definitely better than when I had the BPV.

Nice! I took the day off so I could install during daylight, but the mail never came until after 7pm, luckily my buddy had lights!

Looks great dude. Interesting that it doesn't come with any sort of heat shield. Guess it is a fair bit away from the engine.

Thanks! Yeah I am going to monitor for heat soak and see if it is detrimental at all, last night it was about 60F when I drove home so I didn't have much of a chance to test that.

It literally took about 15 mins to install, not bad at all. A m10 socket with a LONG extension will cut the time down. The two clamps that secure the rubber boot to the intake will take a deep 10mm socket to get the clamps tight.
