I'm new to the Hyundai world and wondering, in the event of flat tire, if the center cap on the GT Sport has to be removed before loosing the lug nuts?
I haven't found anything in the manual or supplements or online that addresses this question. If it's there, please direct me to the page, etc.

No. I was able to install my wheel locks without removing anything except the lug nut.

Unless it's a set of aftermarket winter wheels with hub caps covering the bolts, you don't need to remove anything to get at the factory bolt.

We're lucky here since some car makers have caps that you have to remove before getting to do anything and sometimes they can break or lose their strength after enough removing and installing.

I've never had that problem and I hope never to come across that. It's going to be near impossible to change a flat tire if I can't even get at the bolts and probably why I'd go aftermarket if the factory wheels are ever like that.

Its not that hard at all, actually this is one of the easiest things for someone to do on their car. The most I have seen from a car maker is them requiring you to remove an inner smaller piece held on by a clip before you remove the other bigger part of the assembly, and even that was easy.
