I saw this mentioned recently, so it gave me impetus to go out and check the '18 and '19. Since I've been hearing an increasing amount of rattle on especially crappy roads in the area.

Sure enough, especially on the '18, the bolts were backing WAY out. Not to the point of falling off, but pretty darn close. The '19 wasn't as bad but still loose. To tighten them up, you just need a 10mm socket, and then hand-tighten (don't over-torque, these bolts are not thick). I would recommend a light-duty threadlocker too; purple will work.

While you're in there, double-check the adjustable rubber stops at the bottom corners of the hatch, to make sure it closes firmly while also aligning properly with the body.

IMHO, the issue is that this part can be subject to a lot of vibration where it is, and they didn't use threadlocker.

I just bought some purple, and going to apply it tomorrow.

I checked the two outer bolts under the gaskets on either side of the car. Both were missing!!
Car is a CPO so I have an appointment to have them replaced. But... what is the size as I may not want to wait and is there also a washer that is part of this?

Also, where are the 'inside' bolts... how do you access?

Under the middle plastic cover on the hatch. Just pull it off and youll see them.

I checked mine and one is gone. I knew I heard something rattle in the hatch a couple times, but couldn't replicate it. Now I know it must be wedged in the hatch somewhere.

Next time I'm in for service I'll have them replace it.

SOB you were right! My outside ones were loose. They didn't come all the way off but were towards the end. I wonder if they were adding to extra vibration/noise. I applied blue threadlocker and tightened them up with my 10mm. Inside three were fine. Thanks for the post!
