After I changed the oil, the engine makes a loud low frequency groaning sound everytime torque is put on. I used the right oil and filter. Got the right amount of oil. It hasn't done this before.

There is a tsb on how some aftermarket oil filter can affect the oil pressure. Just use OE filter.
