Picked up my 2019 Elantra GT N Line (Summit Gray) 3 weeks ago and ever since then I've been searching for an all-weather floor mat to deal with the rain here in Seattle. But apparently this car model is too new for companies like WeatherTech to produce a 'Laser Measured Perfect Fit' mat. WT offers one for the 2018 model but when I enter 2019, the only mat available was trim-to-fit.

Instead of ordering a trim-to-fit from them, I figured I'd support my local AutoZone and pick one up. So I grabbed a Goodyear mat for $39.99 in the hopes it'll last till WT makes a perfect fit. I've included pictures to give those searching for same an idea how they would fit. IMO, they fit rather well for a trim-to-fit alternative. Cheers!

There would be no reason that I know of for there to be diffent part number. The floor pans are identical between the 2018 Sport and the 2019 N. WT needs to get it together.

I have the weather-Tech in my 2018. They work well. It seems extremely likely these mats will also fit a 2019. WT probably hasn't personally confirmed that so they won't add it to their site. Just order the WT mats if you want them...or call WT and get their input. Ask if they know of any reason the mats would not fit.

Husky is a great alternative if you want to weigh out your options but so far WT takes the lead. Husky is more of a runner up in the world of premium automotive floor mats.

Did the drivers cut to fit mat include something to hook it so it doesn't slide under the pedals? Really nice car.

No holes for hooks but it has rubber spikes. So far it stays in place and it does not slide at all under the pedals.

I think some automakers like BMW includes factory mats with velcro so the mats have no chance at moving around at all. Might be a good idea to do that here.

from previous experience, there is nothing "premium" about WT or Husky. They make mats that fit well into your car, but they both look and feel like crap, and in no way are worth HUNDREDS of $$. These things probably cost $10 to make.

@bobdod04 interesting feedback, can't say I experienced the same but heard similar feedback to yours.
In my case it was a 16' Civic sedan I bought that came with WT mats.. I thought they were great. Guess next time i should compare with factory mats.
