Picked up my manual GT in October, I have to say, i love this car. Interior is solid, love the outside look -
handles well, and i have to say, its the best bang for the buck out there right now.
Cant go wrong with this purchase.

Agree. Can't name anything close to current Elantra GT. What car did you have before?
I was and still am a die hard Jeep fan, had 3 of em.
My latest was a 2016 Jeep wrangler but the quality had really taken a dive, so i decided to step away for a few years until they get their act together, and may or may not revisit them in the future.
We purchased my wife a Tuscon and had a great experience, so when i finally had enough with the Jeep, i went for the GT, Big culture change for me

Hey Dougefresh, welcome to the forum and congrats on your purchase.
Can you share some feedback on how do you like the Elantra so far? Any issues or anything that should be considered?
So far, I love it. I've taken it on two small road trips so far and it's been flawless and fun to drive. My only small concern is the fuel economy... I averaged 29 mpg on interstates and highway. Granted it's still really new and it's cold where I live, so hopefully that will improve.

Have had my GTS for 5 days now and i love it. Now just waiting on some companies to start dropping parts for it
Love how it looks in that color which for one is easy to take care of compared to most others and gives the GT enough of a modern edge with styling. Did you by any chance inspect the paint before taking delivery? Sometimes these new cars can have some slight damage.
