Hi,
I recently bought a 2020 Elantra GT which has a moonroof air leak. It sounds like I'm flying in an airplane. Has anyone experienced the same?
Thus far the dealership hasn't fixed the problem.

Heck if they can't fix it tell them you want a new car. It is brand new right? Remember if you take it back3 times for same problem and can't fix it.

Yes, its brand new. I've taken it to them twice and opened a case with Hyundai Customer Care USA. I am waiting for a decision from Hyundai on weather or not they will replace the complete moonroof assembly or take the car back. AZ has a similar law, however the repeat issue has to be verified by the dealership and unable to repair.

All states have Lemon laws, however it depends on your state on how many times you bring it back for the same issue. CA doesn't have a minimum, however Hyundai normally wants to try at least twice before anything goes through the process.
