[Electric Blue]

Hello group! I just bought a 2018 GT last night. Electric Blue Metallic...Base with no additional packages. I was not in the market for this type of vehicle. I have been longing for a pickup for years. It's almost a requirement in Texas, but while looking for Chevy Colorados, my eye was drawn to this BRIGHT BLUE vehicle. The Chevy and Hyundai dealers share a back overflow stock lot. WOW! that was a cool looking car. Kinda like a Mazda3 5 door and kinda like a VW Golf. One thing led to another and now I have one!

Do not compare it with mazda or annoying vw.

Compare it with New MB A-class. Coming to North America in November. Exactly the same design + electronics you can salivate for but consider price of +30% more...

Congrats on the new GT! I wanted the blue myself. DCT or manual?

The MB A class hatch wont be coming to US market, though. Disappointing HP numbers for a MB as well. A 2.0T and less than 200hp? I like the looks, but not impressed.

The GT reminds me a lot of a A3 four door hatch, personally. Part of what drew me to it. Now that I have seen it, I definitely see the MB A hatch in it as well.

Welcome and congrats on the new GT! That's pretty funny that you were in the market for a pickup and ended up in hatchback. They do offer more utility than what the packaging would have you believe.

It should??? It comes to Canada, though. It will have only one turbo engine about 220 HP, 7 speed DCT. Look is the same as GT. But I guess it will cost close to CAD$50K with tax, etc. Well 14K more for 2 small tablets as dashboard???
