Where did these come from?
Hyundai Dealer in Canada, all 4 $998 plus tax, so basically I got them for $253 each after a 10% discount. Aftermarket were priced the same more or less..

Looks clean! What size are the wheels? I’m looking at a aftermarket set that are 18x8
They are 18 but not sure the width but they look wider than the original rims and are most likely 18x8...I will confirm when i take a look at the box tonight
Great looking setup Greg, they really suit the car. Decent price as well all things considered. Any plans to maybe paint the calipers to highlight them?
Those wheels look great and some might argue are perfect, with no need to be lowered.

Personally i think these cars always look great with a drop. Even at a mild 1-1.5 inches or so.

Any plans to upgrade suspension and related "chassis" based parts?
Hey Gents,

No plans on the suspension as the minute you upgrade something in Canada the warranty police find a way to blame issues on that...

Thinking of an Cold Air Induction as currently only have a K&N filter on it but, a well priced on in Canada does not seem to be found....any recommendations?

That said, These Hankook Ventus tires are the worst for road noise any recommendation on quieter summers or even dare it say it 3 seasons...?? please help

here is a pic of the Hyundai Box specs on the rims for all and thanks for the kudos folks :)

A quick google doesn't come up with anything here in the US. Must be a Canada only option.
That is too bad :(
but....
you can order them from a dealer close to the border and have them shipped, the exchange rate should be better for all my US friends :)
Hey car looks great! Are you in the GTA area? Can yo u recommend where you got your windows tinted

Do you have, or could you get a weight on them? They look great, but I want lighter wheels than the factory 26 lb porkers.
Hi guys,

New member with some wheel questions. Just got an intense blue 2020 GT n-line two days ago. I'm not hugely knowledgeable about cars, but I sure love this one.

I'm a big cyclist though and I know wheels and tires are super important. Thinking of getting some new rims and summer tires and keeping the originals for winter duty. They should work fine for the Philly area, I think.

Hoping for a little advice. My first question was how much do these OEM rims weigh. Looks like Will_p says 26 pounds?

Second question is, will I feel a difference when spirited driving on back roads if I get lighter (say 16/17/18 pound) rims? Was looking at enkei rpf1 and mr131 traklite. Is it ridiculous to use those on the street?

Last question was can I change to a 17x8 or 18x8 inch rim size? Tirerack says 8 inches is the widest width possible on the GT. Would there be any performance benefit from that extra half inch of width? Also is there any reason not to take the rim diameter down an inch to 17? Keeping the original profile height the same, of course.

Thanks in advance!

I replaced the factory wheels a couple weeks ago with a set of Konig rennforms. They are 18x8 45mm offset. Weigh in about 18.5 lbs. to 18.8 lbs. The stock wheels are actually 27 to 27.5 lbs. SUPER heavy. Konig are known for being good wheels and these are forged so they should be reasonably strong. Best part is for forged wheels they are priced very well. I got the set of 4 for $756 shipped. Wheelplususa.com had the best price on them by far. Car definitely feels more lively when driving.
I just saw they have ultraforms in the same size, and they are a little lighter than the rennforms too, may be a nice choice... they are $205 a wheel. Could get them in gold, which could look cool on a blue car, but I'd probably stick with gray....
Those wheels look amazing on that car.
Is there a noticable difference in driving...or is it maybe placebo effect?
No it's noticable, not night and day, but its quicker. They are about 8.5 lbs lighter x 4 wheels is 34 and since it's rotational take that x4... it's basically the same as dropping 136 lbs off the car.

Wow...those stock rims are heavy.
I would expect them to be very strong at least...but already bent my 2018 gts wheels TWICE on potholes here in nor-Cal.

Anyways, hope your wheels hold up. They look great.
