New Wheels for my GT

Finally time here on the NE coast to install the summer tires. My Elantra GT GL came with factory 16" Alloys and I really wanted something nicer for the summer.

Rims are 18' FastWheels Switch

Yokahama Advan Sport tires

Hey Liam,

are the Yokos a much quieter ride as the OEM Hakook are just horrible for road noise...?

I didn’t have the OEM Hankooks so I can’t compare the noise but I’d say the road noise is average. I only have around 400 km on the tires so they may improve a little more. These are also the Sport All Seasons which may make a difference.

Those are some great summer wheels man! Aside from road noise, do you notice a difference in handling with the bigger rims and Yokahamas?
